I have been a Pescatarian for my entire life so far. Which means that I am essentially a vegetarian who does eat fish from time to time. I have no intentions of every becoming a meat eater, although I do a lot of cooking for those who do eat meat. My goal is to show meat eaters how delicious, healthy, and "normal" vegetarian cooking can be. In other words, luckily it's not all sprouts, and tofu that tastes like cardboard. It's much better than that!
